Next IPR Technical meeting (16th)

We are pleased to announce that the 16^th TIPR (Technical Implementation and Provisions for Reporting) meeting will take place in person on 13-14 November 2025 (one and a half day), hosted by the Institute of Environmental Protection – National Research Institute (IEP‑NRI) at Slowicza 32, Warsaw, Poland.

And, as you might have guessed, the primary focus of our meeting will be on the implications of the recast Ambient Air Quality Directive, the associated reporting requirements, and the transition to ReportNet3.

In connection with this, two related meetings are also scheduled at the same venue:

Pilot Group meeting: 12 November (full day, in-person only) – please forward the information to relevant people on your side who will be interested in this meeting.
Western Balkans technical session (tbc): also foreseen on 14 November (0.5 day), pending confirmation.

We are very grateful to our Polish colleagues for their kind offer to host this important exchange. A formal agenda and registration details will follow in due course, but we encourage you to already save the dates and plan your travel accordingly.

Would you like to present a topic at the TIPR meeting?

Would you like to highlight any “Good practices” on the transition to ReportNet 3 or the revised Ambient Air Quality directive in our country? Would you want to showcase any good solutions you may have implemented in your country related to this transition period or other related subjects? If so, feel free to let us know and we will investigate whether we can include this in the meeting agenda.

For planning and justification purposes, a preliminary agenda for the meeting is attached, but please note that the agenda is subject to change.
