New version of data viewers and attainment viewers public

New version of viewers are now available:

• Data monitor – all data flows except E2a (http://eeadmz1-cws-wp-air.azurewebsites.net/products/submission-monitoring/data-monitor-all-except-e2a/).
• Overview E1a (http://eeadmz1-cws-wp-air.azurewebsites.net/products/data-viewers/content-e1a/): access to download of raw data by clicking on a station on the map and comparison between country(ies).

Also, the attainment viewers are now public:
